Prog-Watch is a podcast and internet radio program dedicated to presenting contemporary progressive rock music to listeners. Each episode features a selection of modern prog tracks, along with album reviews and artist interviews. Hosted by Anthony Rowsick, the show covers the global progressive rock scene and aims to introduce audiences to both established and emerging artists in the genre.
