93.3 The PEAK (CJAV-FM) is Port Alberni's local radio station, "The Sound of the Valley." It plays a mix of classic and current hits (hot adult contemporary) along with local news, weather, community information and Alberni Valley Bulldogs (BCHL) hockey broadcasts. The station is owned by Pattison Media Ltd. (a Jim Pattison Group division).
