The OBGMs: BAND PRACTICE is a weekly podcast hosted by Denz, Cola, and Joey of the Toronto punk band The OBGMs. The trio talk about music, culture, and everyday life, offering a loose and candid look behind the scenes of being in a band. Episodes mix personal stories, opinions, and humour with reflections on the music they love. It is an informal hangout-style show aimed at fans of the group and of punk and rock culture generally.
